    Default AeroExpo - London - 25th-27th June 2010

AeroExpo is back at Wycombe Air Park again this year!!

I had the pleasure of going last year and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, sitting in the left hand seat of some aircraft that normally I would probably never get to see up close and personal.

Highly recommend it for anybody who even slightly loves GA!

Dates and links are in the NetworkingPilot calender!

P.S. Anybody who is near me (Birmingham) and wishes to share a ride, let me know as I drove down last time and don't really mind taking a passenger!

Favourite by far... the Cessna Grand Caravan! I will never ever forget sitting in the LHS as its my dream aircraft.

    Thanks Chris!
    Great pictures you've taken!
Same, I'd love to take the Grand Caravan for a spin, it's such a nice plane.

Its just such a chunky piece of aircraft! You can see how they make those bush-landings on Dirt Tracks in the Congo etc. Gosh knows what they must charge on landing fees for this though haha!!

The view up front is superb with ample leg room and such a spacious environment that is actually more comfortable than an airliner due to no centre console aft of the throttles etc. I liked the idea of the visibility as the windows cut down deep on both the left and right hand sides as you can see in the pictures.

Must be a really awesome aircraft to fly - I spoke to a Cessna rep and they said I could get a flight in one sometime when they take the aircraft between points. So at least I know the offer is there.

    Yeah true,
    Just one question
I've been to an airshow in Dubai before, and they wanted a permit for you to take pictures. Do I need a permit in aeroexpo?

    Hi matey,

No permit required - its photo-galore at this event as its aimed at the aircraft buyer market from both personal right up to charity and aid working sectors.

Everybody is happy to get you into their aircraft for a look around, sit in the cockpit, take pictures etc.

This is why my gallery is so full - it was a glorious day with the sun shining from morning till evening!
