    Default Post your flying pictures

As Adam said the forums seem very quite, so here goes. Why not try sharing one of your favourite photos you have taken from the air. It can be any genre and no photography skills required.

The image below was from when I was flying the C-172 out of CTC's NZ base, Hamilton international as part of my training. The mountain/volcano in the picture is "Mt Ruapehu" which is just over 9100ft and 40 minutes south of Hamilton.

Nice! Makes me want to go back and ski there.

Got loads and loads of flying pictures but here is one I really like. Taken by my instructor during my first 'holds' flight over Hamilton, NZ. Saying this was taken by a phone, I'm very impressed with the quality of the picture.

Nice pictures, my favourite has to be the same as Baxter's, Mt Ruapehu in the north island of New Zealand. 13'000ft in a Cessna 172 right overhead the volcano!

    Stunning...

I think if you swam in it you might perhaps lose your skin and your eye sight but if you think it looks appealing then go ahead =P

Excellent stuff! Still can't get how weird the Airbus looks without a typical Yoke!

    My less interesting pictures...

    Hi Baxter,

Tell me about it, I was doing the nav whilst my PPL,CPL,IMC buddy to my left was flying.

We were only going for a short flight from Halfpenny Green to Clee Hills and back but the weather decided it was going to be evil. As soon as we arrived back at the Green, the weather cleared up so we did some handling! Typical lol!
