I see Ryanair announced they were hiring this week. Although, FO's can't have any experience. Wonder why ;-)

I never really hear anything good about working for ryanair. No fixed base, moved around the country and even around Europe. Told to stand down over the winter with no pay.
But people will pay a lot of money to start their career as an airline pilot and it is a shame that they are taken for a ride. Then again it is a reason why their profits are always so high. What can be said is that O'Leary is a nasty piece of work. Makes a lot of rash statements (we don't need first officers, we don't need seat in aircraft etc) and this gets him a lot of press. They certainly know what they are doing..
Ryanair don't hire. They provide line training under the CAE TRTO. It's parc and Brookfield that hire. Once you've paid over the hill for the TR at massively inflated prices, you become a self-employed contractor. You do not work for Ryanair! You work for the contracting agency.
