    Default First Flights

    Quick update for everyone

Ads is currently flying the line with easyJet taking passengers from A to B, Baxter is with Monarch having completed base training (circuits) and I'm about to do my base training on Tuesday shortly followed by my first passenger flight.

I've been jump seating flights in the cockpit recently and it really has made me realise my dream has come true!

How are you finding the flying Ads and Baxter where are you at exactly? Update us all

Nice to hear you all settling into placements - this time last year I think everybody would have laughed if we mentioned this outcome but its all turned out right for you!

Hotdog - dont forget to put the carb heat on, sorry - seat heat on during your downwind checks! Hahaha 8oP

Be sure to grab us some pictures from the deck!

Good thanks Hotdog . How did you find base training and your first flight? Was it Sweden you were heading to for your first flight with pax? I have done 3 days now in the RH seat, day 1 was to Alicante, day 2 and 3 Faro. Going to Malaga tomorrow. It is a really good feeling to get there but there is so much to take in. One step at a time though...

    All sounds very exciting!

Base training was good fun @ Doncaster, first flight went brilliantly to Copenhagen- terrified of killing all the passengers but ended up being a nice safe trip.

I came back from Malaga earlier today, flew the leg down there. Some high terrain and thanks to the sea breeze I flew the approach with a nice 20kt tailwind

Late late reply. Been very busy I have my final line check tomorrow with a 4 sector day. Liverpool - Belfast - Liverpool - Faro - Liverpool. So yer doing a bit of last minute reading and hope it will all come together nicely. We shall see

But loving it so far, feel under a lot of pressure with the Line Training Captains observing every move that you make and dissing my occasional shocking landing :S

It is a dream come true and a continuous learning curve each and every day.
